The manager lives at Meta's own path now, because a client that navigates by URL has to find it where it expects it:

Add ?act=<account> to pick an account, and &selected_campaign_ids=<id> to drill in — the same query parameters Ads Manager uses, and the ones window.FBAds reads its state out of.
